Originally built in 1870 as a manufacturing facility, the building has been beautifully restored and features exposed brick walls, original oak beamed ceilings, and stunning views of the Inner Harbor and Thames Street Park. What floor plans are available? 
Thames Point offers studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments ranging from 650 to 1,600 square feet. Because each of our 125 apartments has a unique floor plan, we recommend scheduling an in-person tour to find the perfect fit for you.
 

What is included in each apartment? 
Every apartment comes equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and ice maker. Many units also feature hardwood floors, exposed brick, and private balconies or patios.
 

What community amenities does Thames Point offer? 
Residents enjoy a 24-hour fitness center, valet trash removal, a dog park, package lockers, and on-site management and maintenance.
 

Does Thames Point charge amenity fees? 
No — Thames Point has NO amenity fees, ever! Our community amenities are included for all residents at no additional cost.
 

Is parking available? 
Yes! Every resident receives free designated parking — no extra charge.
 

Is Thames Point pet friendly? 
Yes! We welcome both cats and dogs. A maximum of two pets are allowed per unit, with a weight limit of 75 lbs per pet. Breed restrictions and monthly pet fees may apply — contact our leasing office for full details.
 

Are utilities included in rent? 
Utilities are not included in rent. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying for their own utility services.
